Quality of Life
City Council has declared that Norfolk should be a national leader in quality of life — but many residents don’t feel we’re there yet. Too many people still feel like our city hasn’t fully recovered post-pandemic, and that a culture of “no” has replaced the energy, creativity, and pride that once defined Norfolk.
I’m running to help build a culture of Yes Norfolk — yes to innovation, yes to smart growth, yes to common-sense solutions, and yes to a city that people are excited to live in, work in, and visit.
As your City Council member, I will push for accountability in city leadership, staffing, and projects — making sure that what we promise is what we deliver. Real quality of life isn’t just a vision statement; it’s visible progress in our neighborhoods, our schools, our streets, and our public spaces.
